Our Promoters
CISS was formed in 1985 from a rented house in Vadodara. Four decades on it holds PSARA licences across 30 states and 6 union territories, and delivers through a network of 45+ offices — under the same promoter family.

He is an MBA graduate – a visionary and a self-made creative man who started his entrepreneurial journey in 1982 by providing professional security services.

Mr Santosh Kushwah has remarkable entrepreneurial achievements, combining humanities sciences and engineering disciplines with his near five year stint as Business Analyst with Merck Pharmaceuticals.

Executive Director
Col. K. B. Jayal is a seasoned military professional and senior corporate leader with extensive experience in leadership, security operations, and organisational management. Born in Dehradun, he completed his schooling at St. George’s College, Mussoorie, and pursued his graduation with Economics, Human Psychology and English as his subjects.
Senior Vice President
Dr Rajkumar Tyagi is working as Senior Vice President of CISS Services Ltd, Director of CISS Academy of Skill Human Development Pvt Ltd. He holds the position of Chairman of Education & Training & National Vice President in CAPSI (Central Association of Private Security Industry). He is also Asia Governor and Director of World Association of Detectives. He is serving the security industry for last 22 years. Prior to that he served the Indian Air Force for 20 years as a Ground Training Instructor.
National Sales Head
Veteran Gp Capt S. Chatterjee graduated from the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, and was commissioned as a Flying Pilot (FP) in the Indian Air Force (IAF) before transitioning to the Logistics Branch.
Vice President & Head – Taxation & Compliance
Mr. Yogendra Upadhyay is the first employee of the company and has served in various functions of the company starting as an Accounts & Finance Manager. He is a Commerce graduate and has strong liaison skills.
Sr. Vice President (Finance & Accounts)
Mr. Sunil Kulkarni is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and a key member of the leadership team at CISS, where he heads the Finance & Accounts function.
Asst. Vice President – Corporate Affairs & Administration
Mr. Ashraf Bukhari is a long timer with the company and presently handling the ROC Matters, Banking and Administration functions. Apart from Security industry he has experience in Construction and Chemical Industry.
Vice President (Large Client Group)
An ambitious, proactive, enthusiastic and result oriented personality, Sachin is a Commerce Graduate and has done PGDBA Specialization in Finance Management from Institute of Business Management & Studies, Mumbai. He has 19 years of rich experience in Security Guarding Industry.
Vice President – Talent Acquisition & Development
Ms Shraddha More, is a Computer Engineer with Post-graduation in Human Resources and has played a crucial role in Talent Acquisition & Development function.
