He is an MBA graduate – a visionary and a self-made creative man who started his entrepreneurial journey in 1982 by providing professional security services.
The significant milestones achieved under his stewardship are:
He formed Central Investigation and Security Services (CISS) in 1985 from a small rented house in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
By 1995 CISS had made an enormous impact through its presence in Gujarat State (India).
In 1996 He relocated CISS to Mumbai and created the Corporate, expanding its footprints pan India.
2011 Saw the establishment of CISS Academy for Human Skill Development Pvt Ltd.
2013 CISS Ltd entered into JV with OCS (UK), a massive international facilities mgt company
2018 Acquired Vinayak Travel Pvt Ltd, a 40 years old Indian Tourist Transporters Association (ITTA) Travel Company
2018 Established BBHAC Clinic Pvt Ltd. A company for Cosmetology and Aesthetic treatment and training affiliated with Comite International D’esthetiques et de Cosmetology (CIDESCO) Switzerland
2019 Creation of CISS Systems & Electronic Security Solutions LLP extended the services value chain.

CISS Services Ltd has successfully passed the test for its resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic and emerged more resolved to scale new heights.
Mr Santosh Kushwah has remarkable entrepreneurial achievements, combining humanities sciences and engineering disciplines with his near five year stint as Business Analyst with Merck Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Yogendra Upadhyay is the first employee of the company and has served in various functions of the company starting as an Accounts & Finance Manager. He is a Commerce graduate and has strong liaison skills. His skillsets include proficiency in area of Taxation, Audits and Compliance. Mr. Upadhyay has a calm and composed demeanour and known as the trouble shooter of the Organization. A pillar of strength for CISS. YD sir as he known to all has been with the Company as it grew to a group of Companies.
Mr. Ashraf Bukhari
Asst. Vice President – Corporate Affairs & Administration
Mr. Ashraf Bukhari is a long timer with the company and presently handling the ROC Matters, Banking and Administration functions. Apart from Security industry he has experience in Construction and Chemical Industry. He has strong coordination skills. He is a result-oriented individual who goes the extra mile to get the work done. A calm collected and focussed person another highly dependable senior functionary at CISS.
Col. K B Jayal
Executive Director
Col K B Jayal is a long timer with the company and presently the Executive Director of the Company. He is a War Veteren and was Commissioned into 5 Gorkha Rifles (1968). He fought the Bangladesh War ( 1971). He was transferred to Military Intelligence in 1985 and worked in New Delhi and Western border for 11 years. Earlier was designed as a Regional Director in the company. Has contributed immensely to CISS by ensuring robust security operation in the most hostile and challenging environment like oil pipelines Cement plants mines and refineries. Also has ensured smooth operations for the Banking sector. A strong leader and an asset for CISS Services Ltd.
Gp. Capt. Chatterjee (Veteran)
National Sales Coordinator
An Ex NDA, ex Flying Branch IAF Officer; who drove innovations and next practices in logistics and SCM for 3 decades while in active service post change over to Lgs Branch. Post his stint with the IAF he has worked across many Industries and Govt of Gujarat as Director Sainik Welfare & Resettlement. He carries diverse experience in field of consulting for process improvement and creating systems for smes post separating from the IAF. Certified Six Sigma professional and Lead Auditor Occupational Health & Safety. Currently he is responsible to create and lead Cross Functional Teams to achieve CISS Corporate Goals with focus on Pvt Sales. A motivator and mentor for the CISS sales functionaries. He is looked up to as one who drives change and builds the organisation; using next gen sales tools and tackles. He is also responsible to create, update and maintain CISS website and digital market effort. A valued asset for CISS Services Ltd.
Dr. R K Tyagi
Sr. Vice President – Regional Coordination & Training
Dr. R K Tyagi is a long timer with the Organization and is presently working as a Senior Vice President looking after PAN India Operations Coordination and Training Centres. He is a Director of Ciss Academy Skill & Human Development Pvt. Ltd. He has completed Bachelors of Arts, LLB, PG in PM& IR and has a doctorate in Management & Security. He is Certified Security Practitioner (CSP-IISSM), Certified Trainer from MEPSC, Certified Trainer Entrepreneurship, Employability and Life Skills by NIESBUD and he has a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Development. Before joining CISS, worked in Indian Air Force for 20 years as Ground Training Instructor and served in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, UP, Gujarat & Andaman & Nicobar Islands. He is also a Member of Security Association of India, Member of Security Association of Gujarat, Member of APDI (All India Private Detective Investigator), National Vice President –CAPSI, Chairman-Education & Training Committee of CAPSI and Ambssador (India) in World Association of Detectives.
Mr. Sachin Choudhary
Vice President (Large Client Group)
An ambitious, proactive, enthusiastic and result oriented personality, Sachin is a Commerce Graduate and has done PGDBA Specialization in Finance Management from Institute of Business Management & Studies, Mumbai. He has 19 years of rich experience in Security Guarding Industry. He joined CISSL in 2012 in Accounts and finance and grew within the company, taking various leadership roles focused on helping CISSL deliver on its platform vision. Avid passionate for travelling and connecting with clients. Meticulously planning and careful to achieve profitability from any new business, is responsible for Quality service to entire banking division of CISSL and setting up new profitable Branches & Teams as Vice president (Large Client Group).
He has proven himself to be an asset and highly responsible competent individual for which he has been honoured as Best Employee of the company.
Before joining CISS Ltd he was DGM Accounts & Finance in another reputed Security Guarding Company where he joined as Manager Accounts in the year 2005.
