An MBA graduate – a visionary – a creative self made man who started his entrepreneurial journey by  providing professional security services in 1982 best describes our beloved Chairman.

The major milestones achieved under his stewardship are :

He formed CISS Ltd in 1985 from a small rented house at  Vadodara (Gujarat) India.

By 1995 CISS had made a huge presence in Gujarat State.

In 1996 He moved CISS to Mumbai and created the Corporate after expanding its presence pan India.

2010 created Aura Facility Mgt Pvt Ltd the Facility management arm

2011 established CISS Academy for Human Skill Development

2013 entered into JV with Global Conpany OCS (UK)

2019 created CISS Systems & Electronic Security Solutions LLP

Mr RN Pimple blends being humane, humble, large hearted and professional all so  effortlessly seamlessly rolling it  into a single persona. He is a nationalist to the core.

Aloving father, an affectionate brother, guide and mentor to us all CISS employees.

Ltd (Rs. 3500 million turnover and 18000 employees), Golden Hospitality (Rs. 600 Million turn over & 400 employees), Rasheshwar Infrastructure, Krystal Cinemaz, etc.

Mr KN Pimple has been appointed as ‘Honorary Consul of the United Republic’ of Tanzania’ in Chennai with consular jurisdiction for the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala,Karnataka, & Andhra Pradesh wef 4th Jan 2021.

Mr Santosh Kushwah has remarkable entrepreneurial achievements, combining humanities sciences and engineering disciplines with his near five year stint as Business Analyst with Merck Pharmaceuticals.
