2021 :Resurgent India – CISS Resurging

2020 was an unprecedented and very challenging year for whole world. Economic recession combined with SARSS Covid Pandemic hit the entire world and humanity suffered immensely. India too witnessed massive migration of labour, job cuts, closures of many business enterprises. India along with world saw lock downs both social and economical, which never happened in human history, even during the second world war or Spanish flu in 1918-1920 which hit the whole world, 2020 was indeed unprecedented.

Although, the pandemic did fundamentally alter the way companies work,CISS emerged a reliable partner- successfully implementing clients’ business continuity plans; thus CISS itself emerged equally resilient. Every member of CISS family was covered with a COVID-19 insurance. I am glad that CISS did not down size the staff  or impose pay cuts. CISS paid its staff full wages and bonuses on time, also granted increments and incentives. When there was great anxiety and worries among the working population, CISS staff was contented,happy and job secured. CISS is fully tax compliant, paid its GST and wages on time. I consider it as an achievement of 2020.

CISS management, salutes the bravery of all its direct and indirect employees who solidly stood by our Clients, keeping their people and premises safe and secure, during the most trying times of the pandemic.

During 2020 CISS emerged as the most reliable organization with its management on job 24X365 days alert and dedicated , our offices and services were not closed even for one  day during this pandemic and lock down , being in essential services , CISS management was duty bond towards the nation and its clients
